A full movement overhaul typically takes ten to fourteen working days. Chronograph and complication services require a minimum of seven days of observation after assembly, so the total time is generally three to four weeks. We keep the owner informed as the work progresses.

For most standard quartz models, yes — the watch can be collected on the same day. If the case design requires extra care or the inspection reveals something worth discussing, we may ask to keep the watch overnight for a thorough rest-and-recheck.

We work with a wide range of Swiss and Japanese movements, including ETA, Seiko, Miyota, and Sellita-based calibres. Some highly specialised complications may require a discussion before we confirm the scope of work. Please bring or send the watch and we will assess it before committing.

Yes. For overhaul and complication services, we produce a written report that includes timing readings before and after the work, a list of parts replaced, and any observations made during the inspection. This document is handed to the owner along with the watch.

The preferred approach is a direct drop-off at the workshop on Silom Road, where we can examine the watch together. If you are outside Bangkok, please contact us first to discuss secure shipping arrangements. We do not accept watches sent without prior correspondence.

The prices shown are our standard rates for each service tier. In some cases, worn or damaged parts may add to the cost — we will always discuss any additional work and receive approval before proceeding. Nothing is done without the owner's knowledge.
